Insurance
We work with most traditional plans
We accept most traditional insurance plans, and we will happily file your insurance claims for you, so the paperwork is not your problem. Please note our office does not participate in HMOs.
Every plan covers periodontal treatment a little differently. Bring your insurance card to your first visit and we will check your benefits, explain what your plan covers, and give you a clear picture of costs before any treatment begins.

Payment options
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, and we offer a flexible payment plan. Ask our Financial Coordinator for details at your visit or over the phone.

You can settle your balance any time through our online payment portal.
